Konstantin is terrific. He is super organized. We renovated our basement bathroom in Aug 2023. When he was working on it, other area of the basement was not affected at all. My husband has a computer desk just next to the bathroom. He was able to use his computer the entire time during the renovation. No trash, misplaced tools, nor dirt. everything was just super clean.
